Fire Protection play football for charity!

On January 9th 2009, Fire Protection took part in the inaugural Canary Wharf Contractors Fund Five-a-side challenge, held at the Beckham Academy in London.

The event was organised to raise funds for the various charities that the Canary Wharf Contractors Fund supports, including SHINE, which helps disadvantaged children raise their academic achievement levels.

The Fire Protection team included Glenn Harmon (player manager), Charlie Kelly, Brad Collins, Chris Argent, Paul Clark, Pete Fach and Adam Smith.

The event was a great success, with a range of contributors from building services and construction industries, together raising over £20,000 for a number of extremely worthwhile causes.
